Terms and Conditions — General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions govern the sale of advertising promotion services (Boost, Premium, Featured) on Hytale-Serveur.online. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Be the owner (or authorized by the owner) of the promoted server.
  • The server must comply with the site's rules: content must be legal and free of hateful, pornographic, or infringing material.

2. Price and Payment

  • Prices are listed in euros, including tax.
  • Payment is accepted exclusively via PayPal ; no banking information is transmitted through or stored on our servers.
  • The order becomes final after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery / Activation

  • The promotion is activated upon receipt of the PayPal confirmation (or manual approval within 48 business hours).
  • The selected term begins on the effective date of activation.
  • No automatic renewal: renewal is optional.

4. Campaign Content

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or remove a campaign whose content violates our Rules, with a pro-rata refund for the remaining days in the event of removal attributable to the client.

5. Refund

  • Full refund if the campaign cannot be launched for a reason attributable to us.
  • Pro-rata refund in the event of a prolonged outage (>24 hours) of the platform.
  • Refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and for which performance began after the consumer’s express consent.

7. Liability

The site provides advertising exposure: no traffic or ranking results are guaranteed. The publisher shall not be held liable for the content hosted on the listed servers.

8. Disputes and Mediation

French law applies. For any dispute, please contact customer support first: we will seek an amicable resolution. If that is not possible, the consumer may file a claim free of charge with the consumer ombudsman under whose jurisdiction the publisher falls, before taking any legal action.
